The previous owner removed all of the sheetrock from the walls and ceilings downstairs, requiring the installation of new insulation, sheet rock, and paint, as well as new LVP floors and butcherblock counters over custom cabinetry, all new light fixtures, and fresh carpeting in the bedrooms.
